Sleep Schedules
So for most of the world, we got to bed at roughly the same time, wake up at roughly the same time and life goes on. This makes sense since we as human beings are creatures of habit. For the last little while I have been getting up around 1 PM and going to bed around 6 am. 7 hours of sleep is just about perfect. But something happened last night that I just can’t explain. I got very tired around…. 7 pm. and so I had a nap. That nap lasted till 3:30 am. So at 3:30 am I woke up and I have a sneaking suspicion that my sleep cycle has begun a change in evolution. I really don’t care when it is…I would just like to maintain a sense of normality in my sleeping habit.
