The Hell You Say!

The Bastard Junior Strikes Again!!!

Childhood or Forced Adulthood?

with 4 comments

High-school is supposed to be a time of learning and transition. A time to take on extra responsibility, and gain extra freedoms. Why are we forcing our children to grow up before they need to? I have mixed feelings on this. Leave it to a Bush to go and Fuck Shit up!!!

  1. Well Adam, I think society in general needs to take some responsibility for fucking kids up, not just Bush. When I was in school, yes Adam, they had school when I was a kid. Every one was having sex, that was the “in thing” to do, and behold, you have a teenage girl pregnant and not ready to be a mom or in my case, wife also. But my point is, I think society still has a lot to be responsible for fucking our kids up, even 24 years later.

  2. Hell I didn’t know when I was in high school what I wanted to be…much less in middle school. I was in my 40’s when I decided what I wanted to be when I grew up. Working with kids is my thing…cause I AM still a kid. 😀

  3. Adam in New York State we had to do that back in the 80’s. Mine was business and you all know where I ended up, the business of sending war planes into harms way guess they are the same. I have to agree with the Blonde we as a society have fucked up these kids large and the only way we are going to fix it is go back to the basics. Fuck the cell phones and pagers in school, Fuck individualality make em wear uniforms. Most of all hold parents accountable for the childs actions. If the parent is trying then it should be on the kids. The state I live in now lets kids drop out f school at 16 yrs old….and parents have to take care of them, this is crap. If a child wants to drop out let them and then allow the parents to escort them to the fucking door! Guess I will get off my soap box now.
