I am gonna add something to this…

America’s government needs a stimulus package.   If the American people vote every incumbent out of office, maybe that will stimulate cockbag politicians to actually do the job they were hired for. I know serving the needs and best interests of your constituents is a pain in the ass, but that’s the job you wanted….. NOW DO IT!

My suggestion to the Government concerning those who are still on the dole from hurricane Katrina…….

What country are we in again?….

the 5th of May or Cinco de Mayo is right around the corner, and is a very important day in Mexican history. It represents a great victory with regards to Mexican independence. I am very happy for the Mexican people.

We are not in Mexico. Why is the government of the United States of America allowing a Mexican holiday to be celebrated so openly in the U.S.? Is the 4th of July celebrated in Mexico… How about President’s Day? I am not saying July 4th, or President’s Day is more important than Cinco de Mayo. To the people of the two countries, they are all equally important to the person who has the national heritage to match the holiday. We as Americans are loosing our national heritage. We have allowed the encroachment of other cultures to the point where another country’s holidays and traditions are more important than our own. Are we so afraid of offending a foreign country that we sacrifice our culture and heritage to be tolerant?

Absence makes the heart grow fonder….

I don't know who said it. But I will buy it to a degree.

Mom got home today from a trip to see the closet Bastard-in-law, and the Bastardette. I can't tell you how glad I am that she made it home safely, and in good spirits.

Welcome home Mom

We in this family have a capacity rub folks the wrong way. We don’t intend to do this (most of the time anyways), but with our “no play games, no play politics, see bullshit- call bullshit” philosophy … just happens. My brother the Bastard has told me on more than one occasion “There is such a thing as too honest” and the Matriarch calls it “brutal honesty”. Well, I am pissed. And this is prolly going to be ugly, rub folks the wrong way, and give folks a dose of the red ass. Here goes.

I consider myself a fairly conservative person. Feel like a country’s government has an obligation to its citizens first. We send billions of dollars to feed the starving babies in Africa, or Asia, or help some third world country develop a birth control strategy. We send our military all over the world to keep the peace in places that have been fighting since the dawn of time.

All of this needs to stop.

Charity starts at home. Here in the U.S.A., we have all kinds of starving babies that need to be fed. Countless veterans and mentally handicapped persons living homeless on the streets, because the government has cut funding to the necessary mental health programs that would help them lead a half-ass normal life. World wide, for a super power, our public education system sucks. Why?

Oil companies show RECORD!!!! Profits, while we pay $3.00 plus per gallon of gasoline, and get told we are paying a exorbitant amount of money for fuel, because folks were killed in the middle east, there is a ethanol shortage, we are in an oil crunch, or some other reason. BULLSHIT!!!!!!!! There is all kind of oil around. Oil shale in the Rocky Mountains, oil sands in Canada, more damn oil than can be hauled this century in Alaska. Ethanol is made from corn. Has there been a corn famine in the news that I missed? Hell No!! Corn producers say they have enough ethanol to spare. Nothing saddens me more than when I hear of a U.S. Soldier, Marine, Airman, Sailor, Coast Guardsman, Reservist, or Civilian Worker getting killed in a foreign conflict. But to have the oil companies using this as an excuse for a fuel rate increase…

People who drive in Dallas are some of the rudest some bitches on the planet. Following Distance is a basic highway courtesy. At 60 Miles per hour, it takes the average passenger vehicle 240 ft to come to a complete stop. Takes a 18 wheeler 525 feet. With that being said, why do people insist on following vehicles with 1-2 car lenghts between them. Are people in such a hurry to die? To destroy a vehicle? Please help me to understand this! I drove commercial vehicles for 5 years. Trained a few dozen professional drivers, and taught them to not only obey the rules of the road… but the courtesy of the road. I have seen so many traffic collisions due too following to close. People need to stop and think, is the 1:100th of a second that I have gained by tailgating this person worth my life? Just do yourself a favor… BACK THE FUCK OFF!!!!
